Seoul Dream Forest

When the hustle and bustle of urban Seoul gets the best out of your energy reserves, it might be good to take a pit stop at Seoul Dream Forest. Located in northern Seoul, this park is the 4th biggest in the city. Spring and fall bring out the best of the park, and the scenic pathway is surrounded by trees (even a few bamboo trees!).

You will soon notice the observatory at the top of the park and as soon as you get there you will realize that it was one of the filming locations for the blockbuster drama Iris. The top of the observatory, which is free to visit, gives you a splendid view of not only the park but also many things beyond.

How to get there?
Just take the bus 147 from HUFS subway station, just in front of Hankuk Univ. Of Foreign Studies.
Check the trip!

So if you want to enjoy a few serene hours to relax or enjoy the company of your loved one, be sure to give this place, which used to be an amusent park before, a visit. Should the walking give you an appetite, there are numerous places to eat just by the entrance. Our choice fell on a samgyopsal joint which certainly kept our stomachs full for hours upon hours after the meal.
